Quran Reading Online with Tajweed

Q: What is the difference between Quran reading and Tajweed?

Quran reading means being able to read Arabic text. Tajweed is the set of rules that govern how each letter and word must be pronounced correctly. This course teaches both together — you learn to read while applying Tajweed rules from the very first lesson.

Q: Do I need to finish Noorani Qaida before joining this course?

Ideally yes. If you completed Noorani Qaida or can already read basic Arabic, you are ready. If you are unsure, your teacher will assess your level in the first free session and tell you exactly where to start.

Q: Is Tajweed obligatory for every Muslim?

Yes. Islamic scholars agree that the level of Tajweed needed to prevent changing the meaning of the Quran is obligatory (Fard Ayn) for every Muslim. Allah says: "And recite the Quran with measured recitation." (Surah Al-Muzzammil 73:4)

Q: How long does it take to read the Quran fluently with Tajweed?

Children typically take 8–14 months depending on age and frequency. Adults take 6–12 months. Students attending 5 classes per week progress the fastest. Fluency comes with consistent practice.

Q: Can kids join Quran Reading classes online?

Yes. We have dedicated teachers who specialize in teaching children aged 6 and above. Sessions are shorter for younger students, and the teacher uses interactive, engaging methods to hold their attention.

Q: How much do Quran Reading with Tajweed classes cost?

Plans start at $40/month. Your first 3 classes are completely free — no credit card, no commitment. You only pay if you are satisfied after the trial.

What Our Students Say About Us

Trusted by Muslim families in the USA, UK, Canada & worldwide

My daughter started from zero — couldn't even read the Arabic alphabet. Within 6 months she was reading Quran fluently with Tajweed. The teacher is incredibly patient and makes every class engaging. Best decision we ever made.

Fatima Al-Hassan Texas, USA · Kids Quran Classes

I'm a 38-year-old adult who always wanted to improve my Tajweed but was embarrassed to join a group class. One-on-one with my teacher changed everything. He corrects me gently and I've improved more in 3 months than in years of trying alone.

Ahmad Siddiqui Michigan, USA · Tajweed Course

I specifically requested a female teacher and they matched me with a qualified Hafiza teacher the same day. She is so knowledgeable and kind. My Hifz is progressing beautifully. Highly recommend Quran Mentors for any sister wanting quality Quran education.

Aisha Mohammed Virginia, USA · Hifz Program

I joined Quran Mentors to learn Tafseer as an adult and it has completely transformed how I connect with the Quran. My teacher explains every verse with such depth and clarity. I look forward to every single class. Highly Recommended

Zainab Rahman London, UK · Tafseer Course

We enrolled our two boys together and honestly the results have blown us away. Both are now memorizing surahs with proper Tajweed. The teachers are consistent, reliable, and truly invested in every student's progress.
